Initially
- Review your existing financial reports and discuss with you what information you really find useful
- Review the partners’ expense claims to ensure these are complete
- Review superannuation certificates for correct disclosure
- Review your partnership agreement
We are happy to carry out the above tasks at no cost to you!
Ongoing services
Our services to clients are adapted to their particular needs and include
- Preparation of annual partnership accounts
- Preparation of annual personal income and expenditure statements
- Preparation of partnership and personal tax returns
- Preparation of superannuation certificates
- Advice regarding retiring and new partners, capital accounts, level of drawings
- Guidance regarding the NHS pension scheme
- Assistance with obtaining finance for business or personal requirements
All services are provided at a fixed fee which can be spread over a 12 month period.
We are here to help in a friendly, professional manner, in order to ensure that you pay no more than the correct amount of tax and receive all the help and support you would expect from your accountant.
